Refund policy

  • Customer must contact us within 30 days of order placement.
  • Products must be returned unopened in their original packaging unless defective.
  • Products damaged in shipping – please file a claim with the deliverer. AutostoreSupply is not liable for product damaged or lost by delivery services.
  • Invoice, copy of order, or packing slip must be included with return.
  • Product must be shipped back to us at customer expense.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged unless the product is defective.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit card of purchase.
