Refund policy
- Customer must contact us within 30 days of order placement.
- Products must be returned unopened in their original packaging unless defective.
- Products damaged in shipping – please file a claim with the deliverer. AutostoreSupply is not liable for product damaged or lost by delivery services.
- Invoice, copy of order, or packing slip must be included with return.
- Product must be shipped back to us at customer expense.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged unless the product is defective.
- Refunds will be made to the credit card of purchase.
