Customer must contact us within 30 days of order placement.
Products must be returned unopened in their original packaging unless defective.
Products damaged in shipping – please file a claim with the deliverer. AutostoreSupply is not liable for product damaged or lost by delivery services.
Invoice, copy of order, or packing slip must be included with return.
Product must be shipped back to us at customer expense.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be made to the credit card of purchase.
When will my order ship?
In stock orders received by 3pm will usually ship the same day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We utilize two fulfillment centers located in the Midwest and Western United States. Between them the Continental 48 United States are within three days shipping, under normal conditions.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Where do you ship?
The Continental 48 United States. However, if you’re in AK, or HI… or even international… give us a call or an email and we’ll do our best to work something out for you.
